Pray Until Something Happens
HOP is all about prayer, the power
of prayer, the benefits of prayer- Pastor Melancon challenges us to spend time with God daily, to fast weekly, and to dig regularly into God's Word. These are the weapons of our warfare!
Robust opportunities are made for our membership to pray collectively. Our men attend a 7pm Monday night prayer meeting. This is a 30 minute life giving burst of men coming together to seek God and set the tone for their week.
Our ladies gather on Tuesday mornings from 10:30am until.... until heaven comes down, needs are met, and eternity is touched. Many of our ladies prayer meetings tarry until early afternoon.
Family Prayer is every 1st Monday of the month at 7pm to 8pm. Once a month our pastor asks membership to make a special Family prayer meeting a top priority.
Our membership is encouraged to visit the prayer room before every service, but particularly on Sunday at 10am.
Prayer is the need of the hour and the train of God's purpose goes no further than the tracks His people lay in prayer. It's time to P.U.S.H. !
